We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please note the following guidelines for returns and refunds:

   • The item is different from what you originally ordered.

2. Non-Refundable Cases:

   • Refunds cannot be provided for reasons other than the ones mentioned above.
   • If you change your mind or decide you no longer want the item, returns will not be accepted.

3. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery:

   • If you provide an incorrect shipping address or fail to collect your package, we cannot take responsibility for the loss.
   • If the package is returned to us, we can resend it, but you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee.

4. Return Timeframe:

   • Any return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.
